Here's how it works:


1. Purchase the 2024 Mawu Art Commission Pack to reserve a spot on our commission calendar.

2. Within 24 hours, we'll send you a questionnaire to delve deeper into your vision. We'll discuss dimensions, colors, composition, pricing, and delivery time.

3. Secure your commission spot on the calendar with a 50% deposit. Flexible payment plans are available based on your piece's price.

4. We'll present a final mood board and sketches before commencing work. Throughout the process, we'll share progress photos and videos, tailoring the piece based on your feedback.

5. Once you're completely satisfied with the artwork, finalize payment for the remaining 50%.

6. Voila! Your original artwork will soon be en route to you!

Pricing:
Commissioned giclée art prints are available in A2 (16.5" x 23.4") and A1 (23.4 x 33.1). Custom and large format sizes are also an option, with prices starting at US$800. Commissioned canvas pieces begin at 20" x 20" for US$1200. International shipping is not included.

Payment:
Receive a payment link for online payment via Stripe. A 50% deposit is due upon agreement, with the final 50% payment (including shipping) due upon approval before delivery. Payment plans in three installments are available.

Shipping:
We offer international shipping with tracking through DHL courier services. Shipping costs will be invoiced upon artwork approval. Note that canvas works exceeding 30" will be shipped unstretched and rolled in a tube. If you require stretching upon delivery, you can visit a local frame shop for assistance.

Returns:
All sales are final. Refunds for damaged items are determined on a case-by-case basis. No returns are accepted otherwise.

  • At Mawu Art, we pride ourselves on bringing your vision to life. Each element, whether digital or traditional, is meticulously crafted during the design process. The Commission Pack (consultation fee) is refundable only if we cannot proceed with the commission before sketching, designing, or mock-up work begins. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We exclusively create work in our distinctive style.
  • Portraits that require the recreation of a person's likeness will be accepted based on our discretion.
